Defining the frameworks of our digital architecture and ERP implementation partnerships.
1. Engagement Framework
By accessing the Begin360 Operations Cloud or engaging our enterprise engineering services, you agree to adhere to these high-performance standards. Our services are provided as modular frameworks designed for sovereign business growth and operational synchronization.
2. Service Delivery & Scope
Begin360 specializes in the deployment of Odoo ecosystems and custom digital infrastructure. The scope of each project is architected during the initial consultation and formalized via a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). We strive for 1:1 data persistence and the total eradication of production latency.
3. Intellectual Property Sovereignty
All proprietary logic, custom code blocks, and architectural blueprints developed by Begin360 remain the intellectual property of Begin360 Pty Ltd unless otherwise specified in your partnership contract. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these modules within their specific digital nervous system.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer our systems for maximum uptime and predictive forensics, Begin360 is not liable for indirect losses or data friction caused by third-party marketplace disruptions or external API failures outside our immediate deployment layer.
5. Termination of Partnership
Either party may neutralize the service agreement with a formal notice period as defined in the project SLA. Upon termination, access to the Begin360 deployment layer will be decommissioned following a final data integrity audit.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from this partnership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney.
